I am ridding my mind of negative thoughts and filling it with positive ones.
This situation will pass, so I choose to deal with it calmly.
I will allow myself to get things done without giving into stress.
I trust that everything in my life is happening for a reason.
I am in charge of how I feel, and today I choose peace.
I am working towards a more relaxed life.
It's ok to make a mistake.
I change my reality by choosing to think and speak in new, positive ways.
I let go of upsetting energy and embrace peaceful energy in its place.
Instead of holding on to what I could have done, I am taking action to what i can do now.
I appreciate my life.
I am worthy of getting help and support.
When I go to sleep, I am proud of myself for surviving.
I will not let the dark times consume me.
Despite how I feel, I understand this feeling and situation are temporary.
I deserve happiness & joy.
I release all emotional blocks that stop me from from enjoying peace of mind.
