I let go of my resistance to this situation or circumstance.
Allowing myself to feel is allowing myself to heal.
I have overcome past struggles and will overcome this one.
I am confident that my difficult days will end and I will find happiness, peace, and joy again.
I release the past and focus on the present day.
My life has changed and I will meet these changes one day at a time.
Everything happens for a reason and those reasons makes me stronger.
I am so grateful our past crossed; through the good and bad times, I learned and gained a lot from my loved one.
In this time of grief I am reminded that I am alive.
I will recover/heal from this and be happy again.
My focus is on my blessings, goals, and memories.
I am allowed to feel sad but I will not dwell in sadness.
I have lived and loved and I will continue to live and love.
I accept the things I can not change and find the courage to change things I have the power to change.
Struggling is apart of the process.
I move away from memories that bring me pain and focus on memories that bring me joy and peace.
I allow my loved on to continue their journey because I know that they are at peace.
Letting go is apart of life.
